This Jets does a great job! Been coming here for years and I've never had a bad experience. Friendly staff and honestly I think their pizza is better than buddy's..
I usually don't leave reviews for chain restaurants but I felt the need to give this location recognition. I ordered online and when I arrived, I was told that the order was not in the system for some reason. The worker was very apologetic and offered the meal for free (over 20 dollars) but I told him it was already paid for and not necessary. They made the order at that time and it only took around 10 minutes. As it turns out, they still went out of their way to refund me for the whole order. I really appreciate the gesture. Jet's in general is great. I've ordered from this location several times and the pizza is always on point.
I'm guessing this place was review bombed for some reason, so here's an honest review. I've ordered from this location multiple times and have rarely been disappointed. Simply put, they do deep-dish right. Of course, mistakes happen, but management is pretty reasonable with fixing issues. Whenever I walk in, the staff have always been communicating with one another, which is always a good sign. Speaking of staffing, they always seem to have a good amount of staff, which us usually translates to good quality of service. Overall would highly recommend, especially if ordering in bulk.

Pizza's the BEST! Service is quick. It's a little pricey but we do get what we pay for and we can always go pick it up to avoid the delivery fee. We still tip as we would in an eat-in restaurant. It's been our go-to for pizza for years!
Kind of surprised this location has such low reviews. Jet's is always a treat for me - it's pricey so I don't usually order it; however, they're currently doing $9.99 one-topping deep dish pizzas as an anniversary special. My parents picked up a mushroom deep dish for us today. We ordered the Turbo crust which was great - butter, garlic, and parmesan. The pizza was HUGE and 8 slices definitely would've been enough for 4 people. My only complaint (and it's small) is that they used canned mushrooms - a normal-priced 8-square Jet's pizza is $15.99, so they definitely could afford to use fresh mushrooms if they wanted. I also wish the sauce was a little sweeter like Buddy's. Buddy's is still my favorite but this was pretty tasty.
Hands down my favorite pizza. All I have to say is Detroit-style deep dish and I'm drooling. Coming from California when thin crust was a thing... well thin crust and I broke up. I love my Detroit-style deep dish. I'm also a huge fan of the new cauliflower crust pizza too. My typical order, which is now weekly, consists of one large Detroit-style deep dish with garlic crust and tons of veggies and one cauliflower pizza with butter crust with olives and mushrooms. This has been my weekly delivery order since the stay at home orders. Jet makes it easy to order delivery too. I always opt for the contactless delivery method to allow the driver to leave everything at the door. I'm so thankful for this option and for everyone supporting the frontline including restaurants like Jet.
